China-Based Storage & Cross-Border Logistics

Your Inventory. Our Warehouse in China. Global Delivery.

AVL-Owned Warehouse. Coordinated Cross-Border Logistics. Reliable Delivery.

AVL provides warehouse storage in China through its own warehouse facility, connecting inventory management, pre-shipment product verification, and international shipping within an integrated service framework.

By keeping goods at AVL’s own warehouse before export, buyers and sellers can coordinate inventory handling, sampling, inspection, and shipment preparation through a centralized process.

AVL-Owned Warehouse in China

A Centralized Hub for Storage and Shipment Preparation

AVL operates its own warehouse in China to support the storage and handling of eligible biotech and biochemical products, including raw materials and peptides, subject to applicable storage requirements.

The warehouse serves as the central point for receiving goods, documenting inventory, coordinating pre-shipment sampling, and preparing products for international dispatch.

This integrated setup connects warehouse operations directly with AVL’s product verification and cross-border logistics services.

Cross-Border Logistics from China

From Our Warehouse to Your Destination

After the agreed pre-shipment verification requirements have been satisfied and shipment is authorized, AVL coordinates the release of goods from its warehouse and works with logistics partners to arrange international transportation.

Depending on the destination and transaction requirements, services may include:

  • International freight coordination

  • Export documentation and customs clearance coordination

  • Import clearance and applicable duties and taxes arrangements

  • Delivery to the buyer’s designated destination

  • DDP shipping arrangements where available and agreed

Key Benefits

  • Storage at AVL’s own warehouse in China

  • Centralized inventory handling and shipment preparation

  • Direct coordination between warehouse operations and pre-shipment testing

  • Coordinated international logistics

  • A streamlined process from storage to export

Pre-Shipment Product Verification & Escrow

For international buyers, verifying product quality before goods leave China can help reduce uncertainty and avoid the cost and complexity of addressing product discrepancies after delivery.

AVL integrates pre-shipment product verification with an attorney-held escrow arrangement, helping buyers and sellers establish a more transparent process before goods are released for international shipment.

Pre-Shipment Testing in China

Verify the Actual Inventory Before It Leaves China

AVL operates its own ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory. For applicable testing services within the laboratory’s accreditation scope, AVL can test representative samples collected from goods received at the warehouse in China.

This approach connects laboratory testing to the actual inventory prepared for shipment, rather than relying solely on a sample independently supplied by the manufacturer.

Depending on the product and agreed testing requirements, services may include:

  • Identity testing

  • Purity analysis

  • Quantity or content analysis

  • Peptide-related quality testing

  • Endotoxin testing

  • Sterility testing

  • Trace metal analysis

Testing methods and acceptance criteria are determined according to the product, the agreed specifications, and the laboratory’s applicable capabilities and accreditation scope.

Attorney-Held Escrow

A Defined Process for Payment and Goods Release

For eligible transactions, the buyer’s funds are held by an attorney under the applicable escrow agreement. AVL does not directly hold the escrow funds.

The agreement establishes the conditions for releasing funds to the seller and coordinating the release of goods for shipment.

This structure can help align pre-shipment verification with the transaction’s payment and delivery procedures.

How It Works

Step 1 — Receive and Store

The supplier delivers the agreed goods to AVL’s own warehouse in China, where the received inventory is documented.

Step 2 — Secure Payment

The buyer transfers the agreed purchase amount to the attorney’s designated escrow account under the applicable escrow agreement. AVL does not directly hold the escrow funds.

Step 3 — Test Before Export

AVL collects representative samples from the received inventory and conducts agreed testing within the laboratory’s applicable capabilities and accreditation scope.

Step 4 — Coordinate Release

Once the agreed contractual conditions have been met, AVL coordinates the release of goods to the designated freight forwarder. The attorney releases the escrowed funds to the seller according to the escrow agreement.

Step 5 — Ship to the Buyer

The logistics partner arranges international shipment from China to the buyer’s designated destination.

Why Pre-Shipment Verification Matters

  • Verify before export: Identify potential quality discrepancies before goods leave China.

  • Connect testing to actual inventory: Collect representative samples from the goods received for shipment.

  • Document the process: Maintain appropriate records of inventory handling and testing.

  • Structure transaction payments: Use attorney-held escrow with clearly defined contractual release conditions.

  • Coordinate shipment after verification: Connect the testing outcome with the agreed dispatch process.
